Reviews and Ratings
I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and generously equipped with supplies. The staff were polite, very helpful, and never intrusive. However, there were some cleanliness issues in the room that needed attention. The location was perfect for my needs, and I appreciated the amenities offered.
The hotel had a mixed experience. The rooms were very loud due to noise from outside running all night, but they were willing to clean the bins upon request which was helpful since we slept late. The top floor rooms were spacious, albeit a bit tired. Service was lacking as they were unable to assist long-term guests with basic needs like payment or WiFi, although the staff had only recently started. The location was great for our daily travel needs and offered good value for money with free parking in the city center. The dining options were limited with a non-operational kitchen but had the charm of an old Bed & Breakfast. Overall, a decent stay with some noise issues and service concerns.
I stayed on the most top floor which was inconvenient, and the booked bathroom light was not working. The room needs redecoration due to a water leak, but for a double room, it was fairly comfortable. The service was friendly and polite, with excellent food recommended by the staff. The location was good for our morning travel, and the free parking was a plus. The dining experience was enhanced by the traditional regional home-made products. The facilities were adequate, though there was an issue with the card machine not accepting phone payments.
